We actually started taking the Coleman's family photos about 3 years ago. They tried to get them done at another place and after waiting 2.5 hours left and called us and we have been photographing them ever since. I love their family and enjoy seeing the kids growing up. I always work around their schedule and pick a location that the kids can play and get energy out so that it's more like "fun" photo time rather than "be still" photo time. Furman University | Senior Portriat | with Kaylee

We actually had the pleasure of taking pictures of Kaylee a few years ago and was so glad when they asked us to take her senior portraits this year. Courtyard Marroitt Downtown Greenville SC | International Diversity Charity Event | UpLighting

I was honored when David Watkins with Simon Designs called and asked for us to help create a special event with him for the International Diversity Charity. This was an event put on by Rick Erwin. Jim with PPR installed the tent, lounge furniture, and barn tables and David designed the center pieces as well as an overall design of the entire event. We helped with lighting design helping with a few hanging fixtures. We washed the waterfall in an elegant blue, and the entire tent was also washed in that same deep blue. We had a spot light in the middle of the tent shooting down onto the dessert table to break up the room. There were 3 top chefs from Michelin creating some amazing dishes.

Furman University | Kayla's Bridal Portraits

We love to have fun on all of our photo shoots, but Kayla kept us laughing through the whole bridal shoot. We had a blast spending the day with her and Kayla and Brandon were just married this past Saturday so we can FINALLY show you some of the bridal portrait. Her dad owns a successful car repair shop and actually restores old gas pumps so we had to take a picture with one of them for him. Then we ended up at furman University for some amazing shots there to end the day there. You can also check out some of Kayla and Brandon's engagement photos. Furman University Engagement | Jasmin + Kayson Engagement

We actually met Jasmin earlier in 2012. She was so sweet and just had a wonderful personality. We will be taking care of her Photography, Videography , and lighting later this year for their wedding. Lighting for Lancia + Westbrook Wedding

Hey Guys!  We have been staying busy but I'm trying to catch up some on our blogs. I'm so excited to tell you about this amazing project that we have been working on. Christine with Faust Events came to me about an exciting wedding and we loved working with her to create a lighting system that worked with a clear tent.

So on Saturday October 20th we had the pleasure of uplighting the Reception of Lancia + Westbrook in downtown Greenville at the new Marriott Courtyard. It was our first time lighting up this location, and the staff was great to work with.

This was a unique job as the bride had colors picked out for the event but when the reception went into full swing she wanted the whole tent to change colors through out the night corresponding with the mood of the music. The tent came alive once the sun set and the lights transformed the ordinary tent into a wash of colors, dancing into the night. We provided both the uplighting for the walls, white over head lights, and lights for the dance floor. Here are a few of the images from the special day.

Boone + Mishler Wedding at Pretty Place

When we met Michelle she was such a sweet heart, it wasn't until the end of the meeting that we even talked about photographing her wedding. We just sat there exchanging family stories like we were old friends. Sometimes I think my job is just to meet new and interesting people with great stories and just photographing of filming their event is the bonus. Well here are some of the pictures from their wedding at Pretty Place up on the boarder of NC and SC mountains.

Greta + Keith Engagement

We met Greta & Keith in Asheville NC and fell in love with their personalities. What a great couple with an amazing story of not just how the met but how he proposed. I am so glad that we are able to capture their wedding it's sure to be an exciting day. As with all of our photo sessions we really wanted the pictures to reflect their personalty, so in talking with them we decided to shoot at a beautiful location in NC at the Botanical Gardens At Asheville.
